Such characteristics do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects. --- ## 5. Custom Lab Our Custom Lab allows customers to upload their own 3D designs for printing. By submitting a design, you confirm that: * You have the right, licence or permission to use and print the design. * The design does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights. * The file does not contain unlawful, harmful or prohibited content. * You have provided accurate information regarding your requested print. We may review submitted files for technical compatibility, printability, security and compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse a Custom Lab order where a design: * Cannot reasonably be printed * Contains prohibited or unlawful content * Appears to infringe intellectual-property rights * Creates a technical or security risk * Violates these Terms or applicable law --- ## 6. Intellectual Property and Uploaded Designs You retain ownership of designs and other content that you own and upload to our Website. By uploading a design, you grant Being You Store the limited permission necessary to: * Store the file * Analyse the file * Prepare the file for printing * Produce the requested item * Provide customer support relating to the order We do not claim ownership of your uploaded design merely because you submit it to us. You are responsible for obtaining any commercial or printing rights required for designs obtained from third parties or online platforms. We may refuse orders involving designs that appear to infringe copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual-property rights. --- ## 7. Pricing Prices displayed on the Website are shown in **Indian Rupees (INR)** unless otherwise stated. For Custom Lab orders, the displayed price may be calculated using factors such as: * Material consumption * Printing time * Service/setup charges * Selected colour or material * Additional customisation requirements The estimated price shown during the Custom Lab process may change if the design requires modification, special handling or additional services. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. --- ## 8. Orders and Order Acceptance Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase a product or service. An order is considered accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including: * Product unavailability * Pricing or listing errors * Payment issues * Technical problems * Suspected fraud * Intellectual-property concerns * Violation of these Terms * Inability to fulfil the requested design If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund where applicable. --- ## 9. Custom and Personalised Products Custom and personalised products are made specifically according to customer requirements. Please carefully check: * Names * Text * Numbers * Dimensions * Colours * Design selections * Uploaded files * Other customisation information We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer. Because customised products are produced specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly produced. --- ## 10. Design Services If you request us to create or modify a 3D design, design/modelling charges may apply separately from printing charges. Before production, we may provide a quotation or confirmation of the applicable design charges. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for design services does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual-property rights to the customer. --- ## 11. Payment Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. An order may not be processed until successful payment confirmation is received, unless we have expressly agreed to another payment arrangement. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment-provider failures, banking issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. --- ## 12. Shipping and Delivery We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing period displayed on the Website or communicated to you. However, significant structural defects, incorrect dimensions beyond reasonable tolerance, or failure to meet the confirmed order specifications may be treated as a product issue. --- ## 16. Safety and Intended Use Our products should be used only for their intended purpose. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our 3D-printed products are not intended to be: * Medical devices * Safety-critical components * Load-bearing structural components * Automotive safety components * Food-contact products * Products intended for high temperatures * Products intended for use where failure could cause serious injury or property damage Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their particular application. --- ## 17. Children's Products Some products may be intended for children. Parents and guardians should review the product description and age recommendations before purchasing. Small 3D-printed parts may present a choking hazard. Children should use products appropriately and under adult supervision where necessary. --- ## 18. Prohibited Designs and Orders We may refuse to print or sell designs that we reasonably believe: * Infringe intellectual-property rights * Are unlawful * Promote or facilitate illegal activity * Contain harmful or malicious content * Create unreasonable safety risks * Violate applicable laws or regulations * Violate our policies The decision to refuse an order may be made before production or at any reasonable stage of order processing. --- ## 19.
